Our client will look to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) whom has a background from a top tier accounting firm. This will be coupled with a preference of exposure to a start-up and/or scaling-up phase of an operation; whereby accounting controls, reporting structures and business policy can be defined, developed and implemented to achieve best practice. The role will also demand a candidate whom can demonstrate areas of staff management and development with an ability to have oversight across a broad range of accounting and finance functional areas; allowing all aspects of the finance team responsibility to be managed successfully and optimised in terms of coverage and capability. In conjunction, the client will look for strong and clear communication and presentation skills; to ensure accurate, dynamic and robust reporting mechanisms.
