You will lead your team to implement effective marketing strategies, either through internal resources or with the help of an agency. You will leverage a full range of marketing channels to achieve your objectives.LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENTYou will manage senior marketers and specialists working across various B2B and B2C products, primarily events. You will recommend team structures and delivery solutions based on requirements of geography or sector (not necessarily one size fits all).Working with the General Manager and Marketing Leadership to ensure the proper structure, specialisms, and level of resources to meet agreed KPIs.
