Making outbound calls to potential customers, convincing them, gathering requirements and coordinating with the Internal team to get the treatment plan and share it with customers.
Liaison with the Medical concierge team to arrange for patient appointments at the Hospital and make Patient travel arrangements where necessary.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
