Key Responsibilities: Working alongside experienced senior professionals, you will:-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Be assigned to a specific business lines or support functions.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Become familiar with the RSA Insurance UAE business lines, functions, and departmental relationships through completion of assignments and tasks at the assigned unit.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Receive on the job and technical training related to Insurance from managers and experienced co-workers.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Develop problem solving, project management, relationship management and analytical skills by supporting the day-to-day departments? operations.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Follow guidelines and conduct instructions from the manager, working as part of a cohesive team to identify and cultivate new opportunities and internal processes/procedures.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Build communication and collaboration skills through engaging with internal co-workers at country/regional level, customers, and potential customers.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Support in compiling and maintaining up-to-date data and information as part of the assignments and tasks assigned.-˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Perform other duties as required that will help develop the foundation for your future career.
