Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time. Interact with customers in a professional manner. Load and unload organization?s merchandise.Precisely finish all paper work connected with conveyance of merchandise.Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by line manager.Proper maintenance of vehicles. Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery vans/ vehicles and notify the Admin Executive of any issues. Ensure that all company vehicles are re-fuelled as and when required.Assist in maintaining electronic logs to track routes and deliveries.Adherence to all the local laws in relevance to traffic rules/ fines.Transportation of employees to the camp, airport, hospitals, immigration Dept, etc.Responsible for collections, deliveries of products / samples to customers. Responsible for document delivery & tasks related to various government & local entities.Accounts Department related tasks.Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or managerDress professionally and in accordance with company?s dress code/ uniform.Other tasks assigned by the line managers
