We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Dubai.The responsibilities of this role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally via various communication channels.Ensure comprehensive knowledge of our products/services, policies, and procedures for delivering precise and pertinent information to customers.Resolve customer complaints and problems proactively by investigating, escalating as needed, and ensuring timely resolution through follow-up.Maintain precise customer records, update account details, and document interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements, facilitate solutions, and offer feedback for process enhancement.
