Job Description

  1. ˙Must have 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding company
  2. Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking
  3. Must have knowledge in MS office suite.
  4. Bachelor degree in BA English / engineering / relevant experience is required .
  5. Typing speed must meet nearly 40 WPM.
  6. Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
  7. Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy
  8. Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level
  9. Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
  10. Understand individual customer?s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  11. Achieve and monitor customer?s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
  12. Comply with company?s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
  13. ommunicate with superior to improve department processes.
  14. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
  15. prepare the SOP for each client & file it .
  16. ˙Provide customer?s report and company required reports (Daily , weekly, Monthly).
  17. Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent.
  18. Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices
  19. Close monitoring of client?s shipments on daily basis.
  20. Monthly target need to achieve is 1 time CTC with own generated clients.
