Job Description

Job Title : Customer Service ExecutiveExperience : 3 YrsLocation : Dubai

  • Min. 3 yrs. UAE experience in Customer Service / Help desk for Facilities Management Industry ONLY.
  • Must have operational knowledge of CAFM system.
  • Will be responsible to attend to customer complaints and coordinate with respective Internal Divisions to raise work orders & ensure closure of the same in timely manner.
  • Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
Salary offered is around AED 5,000/-
