This is for a company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone. Ideally looking for a person with 5 years experience in a similar position so dealing with all aspects of Customer service which would include managing the database, keeping records up-to-date, handling enquiries on the telephone and making follow-ups and giving feedback. Must have solid experience of MS Office including excel. Must be able to make Pivot tables and do V.Lookups. Communication and time management skills are key in this position.
