Job Description

Contracts Manager | Hertz | Logistics and Supply ChainOverview of the role:Managing Al Futtaim-Hertz Key Accounts fleet contracts, ensuring profitability expectation is met.Ensure high level of client satisfaction and enhancing the brand image to meet and exceed setstandards. Must motivate, guide, and support all relevant personnel in the contract to achievingorganizational objectives whilst maintaining good level of discipline and service standards. Mustliaise with contract coordinators on a regular basis to ensure that the client has vehicle available foruse and are always in a rentable condition. Ensure the organizations internal contract documentsare accurate and well maintained. Comply and implement procedures in line with company policiesand procedures. Continuously look for operational efficiencies and ensuring maximum usage ofexisting resources and assets.What you will do:

  • Contract budget: sit within contract budget set
  • Utilisation: Ensure vehicles are available at locations to maximise
  • utilisation.
  • Customer Relationship and management: Manage projects andcontracts awarded, corporate customers.
  • Customer Service: Must ensure continuously exceeds customer
  • expectations from all customer touch points within thebusiness. All customer queries are handled in a professional
  • and timely manner.
  • Employee Development: Identify the talents within the teammembers and develop the right resources, optimum use ofthese resources and identify them for succession planning.
  • Emiratization: Recruitment, Training, development, and retentionof Emiratis in the area of operation.
  • Quality, Standards, Security, Policies and Procedures: Mustensure that there is proper control over cash, fleet and
  • premises. Must ensure that business is conducted ethicallyadhering to standards, and strict compliance to policies and
  • procedures.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and updating of reports to themanagement. Data Analysis, MIS reports from CarPro etc.
  • Operational efficiencies: Enhance operational capabilities anddeliver products and services better, faster and at lower costs.
