Vertical Design dxb is looking for an Admin person to help on the day to day work as well as support in business development.?Our product and services are very artistic and specific to a very intriguing medium called NEON light.?The person joining our team needs to be open minded to learn about our products and its possibilities in order to communicate with our customers and understand the core of our business.?An artistic/creative background or passion is mandatory for this position.Main task will be:?-Welcoming & Assisting Customers in showroom and present our services-Chase and reply to customers queries via emails-Send estimate done by the team to the clients-Chase and communicate with customers on our business WhatsApp?-Create shipping labels and coordinate deliveries-Support in Shopify product upload?-Reply to customers on Instagram-Responsible for warehouse day to day care, communicate with cleaning company, maintenance, and report to Manager-We have available space to rent in our mezzanine for events, workshop,?you will be working closely with a calendar and be responsible to find new business and new leads to fill this space and will be earning commision when you close a dealFull time position?Package to be discuss depending on skills setPreferably with own visa but possibility to offer a visa after the 3 month trial
