Business Development RepresentativeJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company?Procuring new clients through direct contact on phone calls.?Identify and connect with prospective clients.?Convert the prospect to a client.?Maintaining appropriate relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.?Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.?Equipping self with the sales, social, and technical skills needed to enhance sales.?Timely review of clients feedback.?Remaining in tune wit updates to ensure that our offers remain relevant.Must Have:?Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.?Phenomenal telephone etiquette is essential for this position.?Excellent knowledge of MS Office.?Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.?Exceptional oral and written communication skills.?Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.?Great report writing skills.?Strong organizational skills.
