Job Description

We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabis airport.JOB OBJECTIVE:The objective of the role is twofold: ensure bid management for Cyber Defence Solutions in the Middle East Region and provide work package management in flagship projects.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Capture Leaders, Technical Leads (or PDAs), finance, etc. to produce winning offers, and formulate RETEX when needed
  • Coordinate with International CDS Bids Director.
  • Apply latest guidelines of CDS Bids, and contribute to enhance and optimize processes to streamline with respect to different CDS offers
  • Work on packaging recurrent CDS offers to enhance reactivity and reduce bid spending
  • Create and update the BL bids KPIs to measure performance and propose enhancements
  • Control the bid budgets for CDS Middle East (including KSA)
  • Manage a CISO WP in the CyberNode Partnership. Manage the relationship with the Academic partner and DESC stakeholders. Coordinate and ensure the execution of the CISO Programme with the highest quality
  • Various support to ongoing projects (variations, work packages, etc.)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Solid bid and project management experience
  • Good knowledge of the Cybersecurity field, with ideally previous experience in similar environment
  • Rigorous and proactive
  • Capable of adapting to various stakeholders internally and externally (technical, sales, finance, senior management)
  • Problem solving
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering field
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Previous experience in bids
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Master Degree in Business or Engineering field
  • Strong leadership to drive bids and work packages execution
  • Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is plus
