We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Baristas at our renowned Italians restaurant brand . If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy creating delicious beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Requirements:- 2 Years or more in previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.- Strong customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (Paid overtime).- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiencesResponsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages.- Ensure the highest quality of coffee by following proper brewing and preparation techniques.- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and offering suggestions.- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with proficiency and precision.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee area, including the counter area, seating areas, and equipment.- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.- Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations
