Employment: Full Time Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a strong dedicated Baker for a Private Estate based in the Middle East. We are looking for someone who is driven, creative and talented who can work well with a team of Michelin Star Chefs. Our Client is looking for the best of the best!Responsibilities:Be able to prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and piesOpening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries.Be able to decorate cakes using creative techniques.Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads, working with Executive Chef to create a large repertoire and mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruits)Recommend recipes (e.g. gluten-free options)Package:Live in position with a salary HUGE NET EURO SALARY. Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, Flight Allowance, 1 Months Vacation Per Annum.
