Your tasks:An order is only the first step in a successful delivery of the goods to the client and receiving the payment for the same. A myriad of transactions need to take place in order for that to happen and your tasks in the process will be the following:?-?????????????Assembling and filing the documents accompanying each shipment of goods (contracts, product ???????????????specifications, photos/videos, quality/quantity certificates, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, CMRs, BLs, invoices etc.),-?????????????Assisting in contract execution both internally and externally,?-?????????????Communicating via the telephone and email with the responsible departments on the suppliers and clients side to facilitate an efficient flow of goods and accompanying documents,-?????????????Gathering necessary information about suppliers (certifications, suppliers questionnaires, warehouse details, etc.) and clients (client profile data, certifications, delivery addresses, etc.),-?????????????Providing support to the logistics department,?-?????????????Assisting traders in purchase/sales calculations and related tasks,?-????????????General administrative duties,-????????????Ad-hoc duties given by the management.??
