Job Description

Essential Criteria / characteristics of the successful applicant;- Middle East construction market experience for a minimum of 5 years is preferable- A minimum of 10 years post graduate experience is essential- Excellent spoken and written English language is essential- Arabic spoken language is preferable but not essential- Consultancy experience is of preference, however client experience also considered if applicable to this role- In-depth knowledge and experience of cost and commercial management of projects at both pre-& post contract stage must be clearly demonstrated- Extensive contract and commercial experience- Very strong technical understanding of construction is essential including practical application- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing and delivering projects across all major market sectors is essential i.e. Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and leisure, Residential, Mixed-use.
