Assistant Store KeeperJob Location : UAE:?Assist the storekeeper in all aspects of the stock control in the storage unit.?Store goods in designated areas in line with quantity and product type requirements.?To achieve the highest standard of sanitation and cleanliness in all storeroom areas and receiving area.?To receive requisition orders from the various department heads, to prepare them for issuing and finally to issue them to the respective departments.?Able to direct and store all goods during loading to the right storage room?To keep a tight control on stock movements and to have all items inventoried and issued correctly at all times.?Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.?Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.?Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients.?Inspects physical condition of the storage area.?In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if required.?Control returned and faulty goods as directed?Works within the company rules, objectives and quality management system.?Keep the storage room clean and presentable due to the HACCP and Dubai municipality.
