  • Facilitate airport pick ups and transportation of CEO and her family during UAE visits while ensuring?to Maintain receipt and dispatch log books for valuable documents and items
  • Maintain the vehicle needs, automobile check schedules, tire condition while keeping the vehicle clean , both inside and out
  • Assist with office rearrangement for upcoming meetings/events
  • Support Admin section as a messenger by assisting mail deliveries ? both incoming and outgoing
  • Admin tasks include pick up of flight tickets, bank process paperwork, visa application process?and Maintenance of the cars (which includes taking cars for service, washing, regular upkeep)
