Our client is now recruiting for an Activation Marketing SpecialistAs a Marketing Specialist for the Oral care Division,?you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.The purpose of the Activation Marketing Specialist role is activation and engagement to drive demand generation (end user, segments, through channel, sales enablement); provide relevant insights, input into area and global segment, portfolio and product teams.Demand Generation

  • Marketing campaign Planning and execution
  • Execute on End-user communications
  • Recommendation on media buys
  • Identify opportunities and needs to leverage local social media/media/key platforms for communications
  • Make recommendation on media buys aligned to the global and area activation plans
Sales and Scientific Partnership And Engagement
  • Delivering programs/promotions/new product materials to field sales
  • Close alignment/partnership with sales teams to deliver programs
  • Interfacing with Clinical specialists & SA&E team ? technical/ whitepapers/customer testimonials ? ensuring meets customer requirements/local regulations
  • Regulatory, legal and compliance alignment and adherence
Marketing Requirements
  • Leverage Customer Ops activities/support to deploy programs (Communication, Media Relation, Fairs & Events, POS)
  • Provides insights of local market, product performance, customer demand and feedback
  • Liaison to the local functions like customer service, sales force, regulatory
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for portfolios/programs
  • Align to Campaign outcomes/input/results
  • Capture and communicate the NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs
  • Manage local calendar of execution
  • Marketing Updates and input to area teams:
  • wner of the audience evolution - aggregate view of the local audience and articulating that to the management and area team.
  • Provide input to marketing planning, program
  • Competitive intelligence, customer, KOL and media platform trends
  • Ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for portfolios/programs
  • Align to campaign outcomes/input/results
  • NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs, participate on global NPI team/with area new product marketers
Channel
  • Help build eCommerce capabilities of channel partners and increase syndication of established eCommerce channel platforms
  • General and specific channel partner engagement/ execution of through channel marketing plans
  • Syndication to the channel partner to drive local market growth
  • Collaboration with Channel partners on Trade shows, Customer events
