Immediately Available Applicants Only-:-A. Accounts Payable.1. Monitor A/P and ensure timely payment for local and overseas Suppliers.2. Verify and Reconcile A/P discrepancies on time.3. Issue Cheques and arrange pre-payments as and when required after obtaining approvals.4. Process bank transfer payments for local and overseas Suppliers.5. Update daily currency exchange rate and negotiate better rates from company-approved exchange houses and banks.6. Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.7. Verify Invoices and supporting documents against Purchase Order before positing.8. Maintain an updated Supplier database into the existing software.B. Accounts Receivable.1. Issuing Invoices/Credit notes/Debit Notes2. Follow up of payments & booking payment Receipts3. Customer Account Opening/Maintaining records4. Sending Statements/Invoices/Credit notes etc.5. Research and resolve payment discrepancies6. Verifies the customer accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions.C. Petty Cash Management1. Handle and manage Petty Cash. The transaction above the limit should follow the general purchasing policy.2. Verification of each transaction and ensure accurate account title and cost centers before posting entries.3. Request Petty Cash Replenishment on time with complete supporting expense documents.D. Bookkeeping1. Keep systematic records and organized filing of all transactions and relevant accounting documents.2. Maintain an organized VAT filing of all purchase documents.3. Submit required Monthly and Periodic Reports in an accurate and timely manner.4. Ensure continuous development and improvement of the procedures in Accounts/ Finance.5. Provide general support when necessary and as instructed by Department Manager or direct Supervisor.6. Maintain high confidentiality of all company-related information.
