Job Description

  • Process student fee payments
  • Ensure accurate posting of students? payment from cheque, bank transfers and credit card
  • Process refund requests and rebate disbursements
  • Create and maintain students? accounts
  • Generate and send tax invoice(s) to students
  • Devise payment forms for students
  • Follow up students? monthly fees through calls and emails
  • substantiate the validity of official reimbursements and recording it into the system
  • support weekly and monthly reporting process
  • other ad hoc tasks as requested
