To Manage 3 different teams onshore and offshore (Cash/Treasury, Accounts Receivables and Mobile Money Finance Operations) in their day-to-day responsibilities including bank reconciliations, payment runs, invoice settlement, direct debits, cash collection and other reconciliations.Forecast, manage and mitigate any associated risks within the Treasury function, drive banking relationships and setting a clear, well-defined Treasury strategy that aligns with Company objectives.Design and implementation of hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks, primarily foreign currency cash flow exposure through the recommendation of executing derivative financial instruments, managing interest rate risk and liquidity management.Build a strong Accounts Receivable Team that handles the company?s generated income to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely manner.Drive the relationship with Auditors leading the team to answer their inquiries quarterly/semi-annually and before issuance of company financial statements
