Since CNA-Q?s inception, the College has graduated thousands of alumni who are proudly contributing to a knowledge-based economy.Duties & Responsibilities:?? ??This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will assist the Legal Affairs Manager in preparing, drafting and proof reading contract agreements and ensuring accuracy of documents are maintained, in accordance with CNA-Q legal protocol.The candidate will prepare documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails as required by the department and provide translation of legal documents from English to Arabic or Arabic to English as directed by the Legal Affairs Manager.The successful candidate will develop and manage a database on contracts, agreements, templates, letters and cases and ensure that they are accurately logged and tracked in line with CNA-Q database management protocol and record, transcribe and circulate minutes of meetings as requested.The successful candidate will be responsible to undertake legal research and review laws, as required by the department and Legal Affairs Manager.The candidate will also maintain office supplies and inventories and place orders for supplies, to the Procurement Department, schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings and appointments as required by the Legal Affairs Manager.Furthermore the candidate will perform clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing as required by the department and coordinate with travel agents regarding all the travel requests from employees.
