By providing training and education in a range of technical areas including; Engineering Technology, Health Sciences, Industrial Trades, Business Studies and Information Technology, CNA-Q brings the State closer to the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.Duties & Responsibilities:?? ??This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will assist in the organization and delivery of tutorials, Lab lessons and support applied student learning and development.Candidates should have an excellent record of industry experience in Business Administration, and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Teaching Assistant in the designated fields. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting with the preparation and delivery of; Lab sessions, tutorials, and planning and organization instruction to maximize student development and retention. Candidates will assist in the design and delivery of hands-on exercises and supervise learning projects to facilitate TVET practice-based learning and they will monitor student work in a laboratory setting. ?Responsibilities will also include supporting the Lead Instructor with the maintenance of course portfolio documents that are required for accreditation processes.? They will support the faculty in marking students? assignments and examinations in line with the guidelines.? They will monitor class attendance as required.The Teaching Assistant will attend departmental meetings and participate in initiatives to monitor and enhance student learning and development.
