Job Description

  • Handle the assigned rotational sales leads to achieve targets.
  • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references.
  • Must be always updated and conscious of the property market status.
  • Must know how to negotiate leasing terms and conditions to close deals.
  • Must have excellent customer service and responsible for creating potential customer and client relationships, which includes documenting comprehensive customer information.
  • Know how solicit property sales listings according to the monthly task assignment.
  • Must visit companies and promote Grow Properties, minimum is three sales meeting in a weekly basis.
  • Adopts a consultative approach in working with clients to establish requirements and propose solutions, using technology to strengthen offerings.
  • Suggests viable target clients and industries, sourcing relevant data as necessary.
  • Approaches potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns.
  • Arranges and leads new media/communications business meetings, delivering sales presentation in a professional manner.
