Objectives: Individually contributes to the objectives of ABATS by doing assigned work to meet the set short to medium term objectives of the division through timely coordinating, administrating, reporting, and updating on all sales back office related issues. The role serves as a liaison between both Sales and Operations. The position is responsible for developing various daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and analysing the sales data to help the Head of Sales and Operations Manager react to changing market conditions.Key Responsibilities:Process new sales leadManages the correspondence between the sales team and their clientsKeep track of sales targetsAnswer and take calls/messages for sales staffSchedule calendarTrack the sales closure/forecastClose watch on tenders process and submission datesReports contract expiries and flags any deviationData entry using spread sheets and system in place (CRM?)Coordinates and ensures alignment between Sales and OperationsManaging the NDAs and Teaming agreements for new opportunities.Carries out the sales analysis and update both Sales and Operations Heads and relevant team members periodicallyIdentifies needs and improvement opportunityProvides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process and operation level
