Must be fully knowledgeable with QHSE practices, regulations, permit to work, isolation procedures and safe work practices in Facilities Management Industry
Must be fully knowledgeable on Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control, Waste Management and COSHH requirements
Must be fully knowledgeable on Scaffolding requirements and issue of working at Height permits˙
Must be fully knowledgeable on OH&S + Environmental Aspect and Impact Development and Assessments˙
Must be able to carry out Equipment Inspections for FM related light machineries
Able to develop FM work specific Safe Work Method Statements
Able to review Scaffolding requirements, check on installation and issue of working at height permits˙
Able to develop Health and Environmental control monitoring system (Energy, Water, Waste, Paper, Light, Air, Sound)
Able to carry out Accident and Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and communicate HSE alerts
Full understanding of Fire Protection Systems, Equipments and Emergency Drills
Full understanding of Covid mitigation measures, communications, controls and enforcement˙
Have an understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
Able to carry out Trainings that will include and not be limited to the following:

Level 2 HSE Training Package
