Job Description

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

  • Develop and promote Arab Bank employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to target Qatari nationals.
  • Partner with business to develop, monitor and deliver Qatarization business plans to ensure that the related strategies and objectives are implemented, achieved and improved.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition process life cycle for Qatari nationals: identify vacancies, networking, sourcing, candidates screening, initial assessment, interviews, selection, offers, joining formalities, on-boarding.
  • Design, implement, and improve Talent Management, Learning & Development, Career Progression, career path plans and special programs for Qatari nationals with the aim of attracting, developing and retaining Qatari talents.
  • Manage Employee Relations issues, employees? complaints handling, exist interviews to ensure outstanding employee experience for Qatari nationals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on HR?and organizations within the local banking sector.
  • Establish and strengthen the bank relations with national authorities such as Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor & Social Affairs (ADLSA), GPSSA concerning Qatari nationals related matters.
  • Provide statistical reports/surveys/questionnaires on Qatar national employees to official authorities such as Qatar central bank, ADLSA, MOI.
