JOB DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES????????Responsible to manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and procedures. ????????Managing all tenants? relations functions including selection, leasing, rent collections (in collaboration with Finance department if require), maximising revenue and meeting expectations of tenants.????????Contract negotiations and support during difficult negotiations (?problem solver?).????????Conduct regular weekly staff meeting and individual employee meetings.????????Preparing the department?s annual budget, Kpi?s and monthly financial variance reports, operations analysis, and leasing activity reports.????????Prepare and follow a continual audit schedule for all existing documents.????????Follow-up the department preparing and maintaining information for market surveys, occupancy report/rent.????????Conducting regular site visits to ensure properties are compliant with established policies and procedures and tenant?s requirements are met.????????Ensuring regulatory compliance and effective management of risk and liabilities on properties. ????????Building a high-performance culture through the implementation of effective performance management, communication, and coaching programs.????????Maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, suppliers, contractors, and government entities.EXPERIENCE
