?Perform financial, operational, compliance audits in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal Policies while considering the development of lean audit techniques to enhance efficiency.?Participate in the planning & execution of general audits, liaise with the Internal Audit Manager.?Design audit programs based on a deep understanding of business requirements, context, domains, and business intelligence.?Establish effective audit testing procedure across assigned audit task and identifies controls weaknesses and key risks, evaluates the adequacy of the controls designed to manage those risks, and develops recommendations to improve / enhance the internal control environment.?Prepares written reports and works with management to obtain agreement on action plans to address the identified audit issues and weaknesses.?Prepare accurate, logical and detailed work papers clearly describing the wok performed, test results and conclusions reached.?Select and uses a variety of manual and automated tools and techniques to obtain data and other information on business process.?Promote collaborative working throughout the department. Works well and value team members to ensure delivery of the assigned audit plans timely manner to meet targets.Job Requirements:Education:?Degree in Accounting or related field.?One of the relevant professional certifications (i.e. CIA, CPA, CMA, CFE) is preferable.Experience:?3+ years of experience in internal audit positions in a financial institution or in a professional audit firm.Competencies:?Creative and innovative.?Good presentation and interpersonal skills.?Excellent numerical, analytical and report writing skills.?Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
