Job Description

Our TeamOracle Tech Consulting is looking for experienced Oracle FMW Consultants specialized in Oracle SOA Suite and related products and architectures. Consultants with experience in Solution design , Developing integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB and BPM.We are looking for flexible and open-minded experts, able to work with different technologies, and address complex architectures, on premises, cloud, or Hybrid environments. We look for Consultants who can quickly learn and who are willing to work with new and innovative products and solutions, and who are capable to interact and collaborate with people in different teams globally to always provide the best-tailored solution to Oracle customers.Oracle Tech Consulting offers a professional context where Consultants can develop themselves constantly and where they can always be in touch with the most innovative technologies both in on-prem and in cloud environments.Qualifications

  • Experience on the design and development of SOA and BPM based solutions and architectures which cover requirements transmitted by a customer.
  • Functional and Development background will be considered a plus.

Experience in Oracle SOA suite and OSB Integrations B2B Adapters Business Rules BPEL; CEP; Web Services Manager Business Process Management Suite (BPM Process Composer; Process Spaces; Workspace) BAM WebLogic Server Coherence WebTier (Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebCache)Our Ideal CandidateIn addition to the technical capabilities, our ideal candidate is a person who could:
  • Understand customer requirements and based on own skills and experience, being able to design the proper architecture using the most appropriate products and design a technical plan to integrate them and implement the technical solution.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and solve whenever feasible, the issues the customer may face using Oracle products.
  • Identify required/recommended actions on Customer systems as main output of service delivery, based on own knowledge and experience;
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle methodology OUM/TCM, tools and quality standards;
  • Actively collaborate with other Consultants in the team or in other teams, to share knowledge, experiences and others, which can benefit Oracle Consulting Business results.
Additional Requirements
  • University Degree
  • 8-10 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation writing skills
  • Fluent English (other additional languages like Spanish and German will be also valued)
  • Availability to travel and work onsite at customers
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
