Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Assist in managing employees? grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Handle and update Employee Database, Probations, Labour Contracts, Visas Renewals, Passport Renewals etc
Support the team in implementation of new projects and maintaining HRIS.
Uphold confidentiality and data security by ensuring all information is safe guarded and stored securely.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the management.
