Job Description

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure that the front desk is clean, tidy and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
  3. Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them with a professional attitude.
  4. Communicating with the candidates, and clients via email, calls, etc. when needed.
  5. Follow up and get appointments to meet the clients and candidates for Executive Director.
  6. Maintain log book for booking appointments in the Interview room and Conference room.
  7. Schedule and attend the business meetings or corporate events of the company on special cases along with the director.
  8. Receive letters, and packages and send them to the appropriate destination.
  9. Welcome corporate guests and cater for them with extra attention.
Business Development Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and research potential clients and leads in the target market.
  2. Contact prospective clients via cold calling, emails, and networking events to introduce our products/services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our offerings and generate leads.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Performing other administrative and clerical tasks when required as per the direction of the Executive Director.
