Arranging the appropriate quarantine package for customers arriving to Doha based on their eligibility. Handling customer queries and be highly proficient in Arabic language (written and spoken) to ensure effective communication with customers that will meet customer service standards. Resolving disputes related to customers reservations, processing payments and issuing invoices.
