Must be a Civil Engineer/Architect educational background
Must have at least 15 years of experience in the same field
Experience in overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with Engineers and Architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs
Experience with fit-out/refurbishment/hotel projects preferred
