Job Description

  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with clients to identify future recruitment/placement opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data in the company cloud/computers.
  • Update and maintain the client database according to the companys CRM.
  • Initiate cold calls to generate new business leads.
  • Establish contacts with potential clients via phone and email, aiming for primary appointments.
  • Forward candidates resumes to clients and gather feedback.
  • Request interview schedules and coordinate with recruiters for arrangements.
  • Send interview confirmations to clients via email and confirm candidate availability before the interview.
  • Keep clients informed of hiring status, including the number of screened candidates.
  • Research organizations and individuals online presence to identify new leads and potential markets.
  • Investigate the needs of different companies/projects and identify decision-makers for opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key employees within client organizations.
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Study and analyze to devise new strategies to retain clients.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for potential business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate deals via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Arrange frequent client meetings to facilitate business transactions.
