Job Description

  • Providing administrative support effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure to remain professional and approachable at all times
  • Responsible for answering queries either telephone or emails
  • Coordinating the inquiries to the team and the supplier
  • Producing wide range of documents (email, letter, quotation, Purchase Order, Invoices and delivery notes
  • Ensures submission of documents on deadline set.
  • Handling responsibility of orders and production Locally or Abroad.
  • Monitor Production until delivery of orders to client
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management
