This role is graded 15, reporting to Service Manager, to be based in Dammam.Your responsibilities

  • Service Sales development within the KSA & Bahrain Region.
  • Techno-Commercial Proposal & Tender preparation.
  • Contracts finalization in the interest of business & companys Terms and Conditions. Commercial & Terms negotiation with customer buyer.
  • Developing strategies for spares business through Channel Partners.
  • Coordinating with Service Team for resolving customer queries.
  • Customer visits for accessing refurbishment & replacement business.
  • Maintaining and updating opportunities in Sales Force CRM tool.
  • Manage Proposals with INOPC team.
Your background
  • Ideally, youll hold a Diploma, or Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation/Electronics/Chemist
  • with 2 years or less experience, or New refresher can be considered.
  • Sales Accumen for Process Analyzers and applications. Good knowledge about Process Analysers, sampling system design and Analyzer system design.
  • Good Understanding of CRM tools, Techno-Commercial Negotiation skills. Good Understanding of Incoterms, Terms & Conditions.
  • Knowledge about Saudi Arabia Process Analyzer Market, Customer relations.
  • Fluent in English language is required.
