Job Summary??Responsible to align & support company?s strategy & achieve the set targets (Sales & new lab management accounts) in the assigned territory by acquiring and contracting new customers and implementing company strategy. Build Network & relations with key influencers and decision makers at the customers assigned and provide them good services and deal with their concerns and complaints professionally. Meet them regularly as per the plan.Job Responsibilities?

  • Acquires new customers from an assigned geography, and/or a set of names prospects.
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting of lab management projects in Hospitals / Medical Centers.
  • Develop a portfolio of prospects; Convert high priority clients into sales; Initiate, develop and grow relationship with key accounts and government key opinion leaders in his territory
  • Engage Al Borg Clients thru his regular visits, commitment and good services and increase business from them and build credible image of Al Borg Laboratories
  • Build Network & relations with Physicians, key influencers and decision makers at the customers assigned and provide them good services and deal with their concerns and complaints professionally.?
  • Market Intelligence: Identify Business opportunities in his territory.
  • Local day-to-day management of clients? network.
  • Manages new customers implementation by directing company implementation resources and by managing customers expectation and satisfaction with the implementation process
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reading, online search, exploring company material and resources like Lab Doctors and Medical team and by attending educational and training workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal network, participating in professional societies & Keep yourself up to date with required technical and product knowledge to gain confidence of the clients attending educational and training workshops.
  • Deliver presentations of products at customer sites, at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Recommend changes in services & policies by evaluating results & competitive developments.
