Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the General Manager Sales to develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys overall objectives and market conditions. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize revenue generation.Sales Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including sales managers and executives. Set clear sales targets and objectives, monitor performance, and implement training and development programs to enhance sales capabilities.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and optimizing sales processes. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models to achieve sales targets.Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify their needs and develop tailored sales approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions. Provide regular updates and insights to the General Manager Sales and executive team.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Foster effective communication and cooperation to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and provide recommendations for product enhancements or market positioning.Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with the finance department to develop sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to address skill gaps.
