You will be responsible for translating and implementing technical requirements into usable technology products focused on scale, robust product performance, APIs and ease of use. Further responsibilities include:Managing the entire front-end development life-cycle from requirements scoping, dev planning, execution, tests, QA and deploymentExecute on the development and implementation itself, applying best practices to ensure we produce high-quality codeActive involvement in the continuous improvement of our processes, methods and toolsClose co-operation with quality engineersProactive knowledge transferWrite clear technical documentationSelf-manage small to medium projectsABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills, and high attention to detail. You will be able to work with agility in a fast-paced environment, and have an insane focus on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment industry would be at a distinct advantage.Demonstrable experience in Frontend development in the JavaScript environment as well as in Scrum teams and the development of web platforms and highly scalable web infrastructure components.A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience is requiredStrong knowledge of current front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Vuejs, Nuxtjs, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node. JS, Handlebar, CSS, SASS, Web Security, Backbone JS, React, etc.) with experience in Ads, Analytics, and Social Network integrationExperience working within a mixed environment of in-house frontends, backends, and native appsExcellent understanding of agile principles and processesStrong drive for results and focus on excellent service delivery; ability to work effectively as part of a small, highly creative teamExcellent analytical skills and strong attention to detailKnowledge of latest front-end technologies (JavaScript, Vuejs, HTML 5, CSS, Sass) and server-side JavaScript (node.js, nest.js) is desirableKnowledge of server-side JavaScript (Node.js, Hapi, underscore), mobile-first, and related technologies (MongoDB, Redis) is desirableDemonstrable skillset in graphical and web/mobile design is desirableFluent English language skills both written and verbally; Local language skills are also desirable* A degree in computer science, Software programming, or equivalent qualification is a plusLocationCairo, New CairoMinimum ExperienceMid-level
