As a software tester/quality assurance employee (f/m/d), you will be responsible for testing our web applications, both functionally and non-functionally, in close cooperation and coordination of goals and changes with our software developers. In consultation with the specialist departments, you will carry out load tests and develop suitable test scenarios. You will also test all new developments on our portals from the users point of view. You ensure product quality by applying quality assurance tools. Furthermore, you develop and execute unit and integration test cases (test programs/test modules). Manual testing of system functionalities and analysis of test results as well as documentation and reporting of test cases and error cases round off your area of responsibility.?Your profile:?? Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparatively technically university degree??? Ideally 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance and testing in the? software environment, as well as applied methods and dealing with requirements specifications? Certification as ISTQB Certified Tester or similar, is desirable??? Independent, structured way of working as well as high analytical and conceptual thinking? skills?? Very good communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to set priorities? Experience with test automation and the corresponding tools (Jenkins, QF-Test)?? Good knowledge of configuration management tools (desirable: SVN)?? Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux, MySQL, Oracle, Perl, PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML is desirable
