Job Description

Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investment is looking to hire Senior Project Manager with below responsibilities,

  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees in PM discipline, or oversee those personnel processes
  • Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits
  • Plan, coach, monitor and direct activities such as Projects implementation, coordinating with other department heads as required
  • Review, approve contracts and request projects plan and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and programs improvement
  • Analyze financial data & operational or management reports or records.
  • Assign work/projects to the suitable competent PM/SE?.etc
  • Conduct, and direct department meetings on periodic and ad-hoc basis
  • Confer with other departmental heads to coordinate activities
  • Develop and follow management control systems
  • Direct and coordinate activities of workers or staff & evaluate performance of employees or contract personnel
