Lead Presales Support activity to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide answers to questions in a Request For Information (RFI) or a Request For Proposal (RFP)
Develop and deliver outstanding product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoC)
Create internal software requests and PoC implementation plans and monitor the process
Maintain demo set-up of all products offered by the company
Submit visit reports and recommendations followed by each visit to the prospect or client of the company
Actively assist the Product Management department in new market trends requirement gathering from prospects visits and interactions
Assist client, prospect and Sales representatives to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return On Investment)
Actively participate in marketing events, workshops and webinars
Prepare and submit necessary input and reports to the management as and when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Should possess a degree in related discipline (Banking or Finance)
Minimum 5 years work experience in relevant field is required
Good domain knowledge of the Corporate Treasury market, business practices, key players, industry influencers, and from a competitive view ? key differentiators between solution providers
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Treasury practices is key; some of the required elements include financial transaction workings, back office/settlement processes, accounting definitions and principles, Risk Management and Compliance practices
Strong experience in Treasury solutions
In-depth knowledge of Treasury and Cash Management including:? Financial transactions life cycle, pricing/valuation? Money Market? Forex products? Capital Markets? Cash Management and Risk Management? Valuation and Hedge Accounting? Trends and market opportunities
Knowledge in Financing and Limit Management is desirable
Good understanding of Sales process and RFP process
Experience in Islamic Finance and Sharia compliance is a plus
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent communication skills
Good listening skills
Computer literacy
Fluent in both written and verbal English & Arabic. French is a plus
Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication
Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to prospective clients

Willing to travel on assignments as and when needed.
