Job Description

Team Development/ Leadership

  1. Develop market intelligence, report the same to Line and Functional Manager and define strategy to meet the challenges.
  1. Ensure internal and customer satisfaction for all services.
  2. Responsible for managing the site acquisition responsibilities for new BTS sites in assigned locations.
  3. Ensure that the set targets are achieved within the defined timelines and periodical review for the assigned location
  4. Provide accurate and concise reports and data for all sites acquired and in progress in the assigned location.
  5. Provide cost analysis for all sites acquired in the assigned location.
  6. Support SBC to acquire difficult locations and advice Head of SAQ & Documentation on possible solutions to these sites.
  7. Regulate SBC site submission and price terms.
  8. Confirmation and validation of SBC candidates and integrity of details shared with respect to the candidate. Provide accurate and concise reports and data for all sites acquired and in progress.
  9. Issue ITP to contractor at the instruction of the Head of SAQ & Documentation
  10. Review Technical Site Survey reports received from the SBCs to ensure integrity of information.
  11. Liaison with deployment team and SBC for B2S.
  12. Liaison with deployment team and subcontractors for BTS site updates and documentation of site progress. Review of documents received in the course of site acquisition and site delivery
  13. Obtain and track submittals of all required permits (environmental, council, aviation, agriculture, etc.)
  14. Confirm submittals and checks for all sites C-modules. (drawings, certificates, permits, payment receipts, etc.)
  15. Adept at initiating, organizing, planning, preparing and conducting meetings with SBC and timely SBC follow-up on all sites in the assigned location.
  16. Ensure SBCs compliance with all Legal/Regulatory rules.
General Duties
  1. Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
  2. Write and submit reports to the Head of SAQ & Documentation in all matters relating to the unit.
  3. Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
  4. Performs other appropriate duties as requested by Head of SAQ & Documentation.
