  • 1. ROV Team
  • Handling ROV team inquires 24/7
  • Follow up on Malaysian team for external projects.
  • Follow up with recruitment agencies to hire freelancers.
  • Follow up on team appraisals.
  • Follow up with HR the required training for ROV personnel
  • Follow up with HR the required hiring plan for ROV personnel
  • In charge of all personnel movements within the assigned projects
  • Communicate with client?s logistics for personnel permits
  • Follow up with office administration in order to get the most feasible transportation for project team
  • Coordinate with support services such as supply chain, technical support, HR, IT & admin regarding team requirements.
  • Follow up on workshop personnel and assure their availability.
  • 2. ROV team Credentials:
  • Follow-up expiry
  • Requests for renewal
  • Filing & archive
  • 3. CVs preparations
  • Create professional CVs
  • Update each trip & credential renewal
  • Prepare CVs based on each project requirements
  • 4. Expat & Local employee?s timesheets
  • Update daily timesheet (per project number / system cost allocation / per rate status)
  • Prepare monthly reports for timesheets
  • All timesheets ERP submission
  • Send timesheet emails for all employees / local contracts & freelancers
  • 5. PPEs follow-up & requests
  • Follow up warehouse stock
  • Send PPE?s requests to the warehouse
  • Ensure the delivery of requests
  • Prepare for the restock requests & reports for team consumption
  • 6. Prepare invoices timesheet.
  • 7. Update all the operations sheets on daily basis.
  • 8. Review project permits & accommodation invoices
  • 9. Work on projects archiving
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of business with HR background
  • 2-3 years preferable with HR, administration, timesheets, personnel credentials
  • Arabic & Good command of English Language
  • Male is a MUST.
