Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for recruitment and management for live broadcasters, hosts or Agents;2. Track the performance of live content, optimize the direction of live broadcast categories and contents and improve user retention and consumption.3. Find, increase product value and adjust platform content in combination with different periods of products so that broadcasters and guilds can contribute the most value;4. Investigate the live broadcast activities of competing products as well as the broadcast content of the live broadcasters.5. Research the differentiated content of competing products and customize differentiated operating content.
