Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead the commercial management function; setting the agenda of digital transformation within the Vodafone Business Unit along with owning the accountability of its implementation.Job Responsibility? Governance, Channel Strategy & Operations:Responsible for leading the strategic planning for a single VBU commercial plan across segments and channels.Own the VBU budget planning and governance across all VBU functions, as well as inputs to commission scheme and Bid Governance for the core sales segments; partnering with Finance to drive appropriate commercial reportingDefining channel Strategy development; finding, exploring and recommending different channels resulting in increase in revenue and/or cost efficiencyLead sales activity and process Optimization, driving sales effectiveness and enhancement in the local market.Owning all activities on the operational side of the VBU supporting core sales segments, interfacing internally with sales segments and COPS for channel management? Digital Transformation:Set and lead the strategy for digital transformation within the VBU, enhancing and streamlining activities that are done on a cross-functional level, implementing automation in all applicable activities within the commercial management unit or within other functions within the VBU as a whole, interfacing with TechnologyDeliver and imbed global sales methodology to transform sales and provide global alignment? CXX Chapter:Set and continue to enhance on all product and customer journeys for all products developed to ensure all products have a full roadmap upon launch? Program Management Unit:Lead the project delivery unit whose core job is to deliver sold solutions externally to enterprise customers resulting in customer acceptance and revenue actualizationRole Qualifications:? 10-15 years of commercial/digital marketing/Operational Excellence experience? Extensive Telecom Experience and/or high tech? Leading Teams? Strategic/ Analytical Thinking and Planning? Innovation and Creativity? Managing a high complex products portfolio? Budgeting and forecasting
