  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of e-marketing content
  • Collaborates with team members & provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company?s website
  • Supervise building and maintaining our social media presence
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Develop A/B tests across audience targets and landing pages
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to measure performance of all digital marketing activities and evaluate end-to-end client experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
